Katie is a born innovator with vast experience in California’s diverse residential markets and a 20-year career spanning multiple disciplines in nearly every residential product type. As a Managing Principal in her previous role, she oversaw the design of thousands of homes while spearheading advancements in the firm’s technical standards and practices. In 2024, Katie co-established Pivotal, intending to harness her strategic insight, hands-on leadership style, and passion for mentorship to foster the company’s success.
